I also bought a tresure box and painted it with green and stenciling the dragonfly motives. Exactly the same pattern with my walls. Why ... you ask?? So it matched with my room of course. Haha.

Sunflower picture. Don't get me wrong, I don't painted it. My auntie in Netherland gave it to my grandmother. When my grandma passed away, I think that I should had it. Besides it matched my room theme. So I hang it on the wall. The dragonfly is an addition.

This is part of my library and art room. I put a refrigerator and a bed in there. Beside that there're only book shelves and table. I'm planning to get myself a tape (stereo??) when I have the money enough to afford it. Hm...what else?? It also had glow-in-the-dark stars. And a moon shaped night lamp. I really love this room. It's gonna be my place to read or working on art stuff.

I bought three frames on makro and painted it dark green, light green and dark green. If you take a look at it closely, I painted the inside with different color to match it. I read the tip on bookstore. Turn out pretty good isn't it?

And this is the pattern. Dragonfly pattern. I trace the dragonfliy motives that I got from the internet and cut it down to make two stamps. One with lighter color and one with darker color. It really a one day project. My cousin helped me coloring the stamped and I'm the one walking around to stamp it. They're beautiful aren't they?

This is my walls that I've been painting. Light green on top, dark green on the bottom. I use sponging technic using natural sea sponge. After that I put some acrylic gold paint to make borders and stamped dragonflies motives in between borders. I draw the dot line, so it's uneven one another. But my professional opinion said that it pretty neat. Haha.

What a busy holiday. I got to work on my painting. Here's how it looks. Not to bad eh?? Actually, It's painting by numbers. I'm crazy about this project for a whole two week. Never get sleep before 3 am on each day. Haha. What've I got?? A stiff neck and back (I had to bow for hours because of the detail and number) and a beautiful picture. Well, I'm pretty satisfied with the result. I'm gonna add some frame and hang it on my own library. Talking about library, I'm gonna renovate my grandpa's room into a library. Yep.....as you can imagine. I'm going to paint it, nail some bookshelf, fix some lamp, add some details, etc, etc. There's a lot of things to do. And I just give it a thought at the end of my holiday (Oh may!!). A little bit too late. Haha. Oh, and talking about holiday, so far I've made 3 greeting cards. Since I'm the only person saw it, I can tell you that the card is VERY NICEEE!! Haha. Maybe, someone gonna see those kind of card nowadays. I'm gonna made a special one for him. We'll see.
